7pm - Winning member receives the jackpot amount as of that time which has rolled
over from the previous night. If the winning member is not present,
the jackpot amount is rolled over to the next draw at 8pm.
8pm - Winning member will receive the jackpot amount rolled
over from the 7pm draw. If the winning member is not present, a redraw will
take place until there is a winning member present.
